U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Order changes must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We deliver 7 days a week. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses must have a phone number and cemeteries must have a lot and row number, cannot be guaranteed same day. Sunday delivery cannot be guaranteed in all cities.
No timed deliveries are guaranteed during any holiday week.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
DELIVERY NOTE: When hand delivery is not available, we rely on third party carriers to ship your order. Please understand that circumstances outside our control may occur, which may cause your shipped package to arrive one or two days before or after your requested delivery date. Some delays may include but not limited to are: Weather, holidays, rural area constraints, lack of response by recipient, product availability, invalid delivery date entered, incorrect address information entered; in addition if the incorrect address information is entered additional delivery fees may apply. We strive for all orders to be an early delivery but starting two days prior to the holiday through the holiday we can not unconditionally guarantee AM deliveries do to the increase of deliveries during this time.
