A local delivery fee of $11.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Order changes must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We deliver 7 days a week. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses must have a phone number and cemeteries must have a lot and row number, cannot be guaranteed same day. Sunday delivery cannot be guaranteed in all cities.

No timed deliveries are guaranteed during any holiday week.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

DELIVERY NOTE: When hand delivery is not available, we rely on third party carriers to ship your order. Please understand that circumstances outside our control may occur, which may cause your shipped package to arrive one or two days before or after your requested delivery date. Some delays may include but not limited to are: Weather, holidays, rural area constraints, lack of response by recipient, product availability, invalid delivery date entered, incorrect address information entered; in addition if the incorrect address information is entered additional delivery fees may apply. We strive for all orders to be an early delivery but starting two days prior to the holiday through the holiday we can not unconditionally guarantee AM deliveries do to the increase of deliveries during this time.

We will ship using the fastest courier available: Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL. We will make every attempt to arrange for your item to arrive within 3 business days; however we cannot guarantee 3-day delivery to every location.

We do not ship out on Fridays, holidays, and weekends.

We cannot be responsible for missed shipments or delays by the shipper.

Since we are very competitive in our pricing. We can not guarantee pricing for all sections of the country. The prices used on this website are average order pricing and will be filled by most all florists across the country. In the event that you send an item to the coastal area or a remote area of the country their pricing scale is higher we therefore must charge the you the customer more for the florist to accept your order on our behalf. In the event this occurs we will call you for a price adjustment increase before your order will be sent so that you can give us the authority to change the price of your order.

Tobler’s Flowers insures that your order will be correctly taxed. Do to new taxing regulations for destination taxing, your total order tax, depending on the location will be adjusted once it is processed by the store into the proper authority taxing jurisdictions at our home office once it is printed and before the order is filled. Please note the check out amount and the process amount could be slightly different do to the taxing rates. If you have questions concerning your order please call us at 800-377-1999 and have your order number ready.

If you choose to check out with a debt card you must have funds available because they will be immediately withdrawn once the transaction is complete.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
