To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $11.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Order changes must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We deliver 7 days a week. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses must have a phone number and cemeteries must have a lot and row number, cannot be guaranteed same day. Sunday delivery cannot be guaranteed in all cities.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

We will ship using the fastest courier available: Fed Ex, UPS, or DHL. We will make every attempt to arrange for your item to arrive within 3 business days; however we cannot guarantee 3-day delivery to every location.

We do not ship out on Fridays, holidays, and weekends.

We cannot be responsible for missed shipments or delays by the shipper.

In the event this occurs we will call you for a price adjustment increase before your order will be sent so that you can give us the authority to change the price of your order.
